Day 9 Shake of the Day

Lemon Cream Ice Cream Shake

6oz Cold Water
1 HMR 500 Vanilla Packet
1 Tablespoon Lemon Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix
4 Ice Cubes

Combine all until smooth.
